Food Safety Management System
Our company embarked upon the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Management System to ensure that the products Produced by us are safe and of high quality. By the way of the HACCP Management System, we aim to achieve an effective Product safety management system that integrates with our current On-going production and control processes.

HACCP Management System is a management tool that provides a more structured approach to the control of identified hazards than that achievable by traditional inspection and quality control. Traditional methods of control rely on retrospective analysis whereas HACCP Management System places the control within our manufacturing environment such that quality is "built-in", not "tested out".

 
HACCP Management System provides the means of minimizing or Eliminating the risk of hazards occurring during the process. It can Also identify potential hazards.

HACCP Management System applies throughout the manufacturing Process of our products. This covers from the point of procurement of Raw materials, receiving of raw materials, raw material preparation, Blending and mixing, packing of products and loading finished Products into delivery trucks/containers.

Activities of our employees are reflective of the various control measures and steps designated as Critical Control Points found in our manufacturing process. All of our staff has the responsibility to work together to ensure our products are safe. [Back To Top]  

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
GMP is also implemented, in which, is a combination of written manufacturing procedures or operating procedures which are aimed in particular at hygiene. The procedures must be in place before HACCP can be completed and as such underpinning the entire HACCP system.

There are three keys areas that covered by GMP, namely, our premises, personnel and product. Effective procedures enable the HACCP Management System to be focused on our significant products and process safety and therefore reduce the number of Critical Control Points that can be effectively managed.
