Being strategically located in Singapore, our 9,000 square meters state-of-the art premix plant and corporate office aims to provide our clients with prompt delivery and products manufactured in a disease-free environment. Our facility is fully automated and we adopt a computerized bar-coding system to guarantee full surveillance of our operations – right from the materials received to the finished products shipped to our clients. We aim to ensure 100% product traceability, minimize human errors, reduce costs of labour and most importantly to ensure high quality production for the industry.

Crown Pacific Biotechnology’s corporate office and premix plant are strategically located in the hectare high tech region of Jurong Industrial estate in Singapore.

The 9000 square-meter premix plant was completed in 2002, and the mill supports the production of safe, consistently high-quality premix. This new plant featured an international array of equipment for high quality premix production. The building is specifically designed and constructed with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) in mind. The plant was certified to conform with HACCP in April 2004.

Crown Pacific Biotech’s sophisticated process control guarantees full surveillance of its production process right from receiving raw materials until completion of premix production. Bar-coding is applied to all raw materials, in process products and finished products. The system ensures accuracy in selection and weighing of materials to avoid the possibility of error. With all systems in place, 100% traceability is achieved from finished product to individual raw materials and from each raw material to its finished products.

Finished product pack in High Quality PE laminated 3 ply Kraft Bag with sewing and heat seal over tape. There’s aluminum lamination added to sensitive products – Vitamins and Enzyme to ensure protection and stability.
